CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES FOR ORGANIZATION
To: Wheeling Trust & Savings Bank
This is to certify that, at a meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the organization known as Village of Buffalo Grove duly held
and convened on July 10, 1967 at which meeting Trustees constituting
a quorum were personally present, the following whose names are set
forth below, were duly elected to the offices respectively desi-
gnated and have duly qualified as such officers. Persuant to
authority contained in the By-Laws of said organization the said
officers have duly designated the above named bank as a depositary
of the funds of said organization. By virtue of said election,
said By-Laws, and the designation aforesaid each of said officers
is authorized to deposit funds with said depositary for the account
of this organization and to endorse in the name of this organization,
checks, drafts or orders "for deposit with the bank, " and such en-
dorsement ma'y. be written or stamped without designation of the
officer making the endorsement; and the bank is authorized to pay
out funds on deposit with it from time to timd to the credit of this
organization upon checks, drafts or orders drawn on said depositary
and signed in the name of this organization by the officers listed
below including any checks, drafts or orders drawn to the individual
order of any officer signing the same and/or tendered for deposit to
the individual account of any such officer, until further notice is
given to you in writing.
