SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use for expansion
of an accessory retail sales use in the Industrial District with the following variation: ZONING
ORDINANCE - Section 17.48.020.C.14.b. (to allow a retail sales area of approximately 2,800
square feet.)
The petitioner proposes to expand an existing retail sales area of 511 square feet to approximately
2,800 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3.4-acre parcel known as
