Hopefully the trees will be 8-12 ft . trees donated. c) Parking Lotwill be 3-3 feet from the curb to the front of the building. • d)Pr®vision for a bicycle rack on the asphalt parking lot in front of building. e1 All activities will be inside the building. f) Facia and soffet painted out. the color of roof. g) Vents painted out the color of roof. h) Lights at the double entry door and at the 4 corners. i) Sign - One sign over door - "Buffalo Grove Youth Center" Mr. Mayfield agreed to return to the ACC for review and approval of sign. h) They will seek some larger evergreens to plant on the sides of the building to break up the space, since the windows have been deleted because of the July 13, 1978 expense. •Don Hardt bate of Approval The motion was seconded by Chairman of Appearance Comm.
