The following motion was made by Commissioner Kirby:
• I move the revised plans for Kinder-Care be accepted with

the following stipulations:- i
1. The builder has the option to move four(4)
trees from the front of the property as shown, to the 1
parkway 'on-the other side of the sidewalk where trees are
required; this being subject to approval of the Village 4
.Forester. .

2. Add one (1) tree to Arlington Heights Rd.
side of property in parkway. 1
3. The trees shall be Maple Variety NOT the
Silver or Red October Glory.
4. The plantings under the overhang shall be
altered to include approximately 33 1/3% Evergeens.
• 5. Street tree plantings should be 2-1/2 inch
trees wrapped in burlap.
5. Landscaping in the area of the Stockade 1
Fence on the Bast Side be co-ordinated with the land- I

- = scaping of the existing residence. Also the Stockade i
Fence be set back one (1) ft. to landscape and maintain I
the buffer zone. The buffer area must conform to the

The following; motion was made by Commissioner Heinrich:
I move the proposed revised plan for the Kinder-Care Day
Care Center -;e accepted with these stipulations:
1. Bell Tower - I:o higher than thirteen (13)
ft. from top of building.
2. Color - Tower: Royal :ro,m by Reynolds
• Classic Shingle shake
3. Brick: Light brown blend of earth tones,
sample to be submitted at next ACC
Meeting, for confirmation.
4. Doors and Window Frames - Sane color as
facia as nearly as possible..
Commissioner Rosenfeld suggested that the manufacturer's
name not be used - just that a similar quality be used. Agreed.
The notion was seconded by Commissioner Kirby.
The vote was as followed: Commissioners Kirby, Heinrich and
Chairman Hardt - Aye. Commissioner Rosenfeld - ITay.
Motion carried. Mr. Blkan will send brick sample 3/23/78.
