Commissioner Bentley.moved to accept the architectural package with the
following stipulations : the treatment on the end 'wall arch '
on building A will conform to building B, all under soffits will be
rough sawn, texture 111, 4 " inch groove ; all hollow metal and ferrous
material will be painted to match; materials used will be the same as
the samples presented, using light grey mortar, _ developer will provide
. - gates on the' refuse area or provide- closed containers or see that closed .

letter.ing, dependant- upon *the building front,' will either be. located 14 inches:
above the tangent of the archway,or 18 .inches above the. roof base on the .
fascia board. Further, the. developer.agrees -that he will comply to the • -
prohibition of using logd.types and brand names :in the signs of the tenants- The
motion was seconded by Commissioner Hardt and passed unanimously_.
Commissioner Hardt moved that the lettering' 'or the Early Learning Center.'
(daycare center ) may be 12 . inch lower case; with the "1" (el) being 18 inches •
and that such lettering will be placed on thelrick panel on. the west side of ..
the north elevation. This motion was then seconded by Commissioner Bentley
and was accepted by theCommission unanimously.
