I move we approve the sign as submitted ,
with the following stipulations :
a) Light fixtures now attached
to the present sign be removed .
b) If Highland Grove sells out -
the sign shall be redesigned .
c) If Highland :.Point sells out
prior to Highland Grove or
Highland. Square - the developer
shall also come back with a new
sign.
d) As per the Sign Crie a 1 year
time limit be set with a 1 year
extention provided the sign is in
good condition.
