Com. Holland made a motion to approve the land
submitted by the Early Learning Center with the.. followinglands plan
caping
1 - All notations on the Engineering Drawing be
approved and made part of the motion.
2 - Section B on the South Side shall be sodded.
3 - Section C on the East Side shall be sodded from
the tree line to the property lines of the
residents.
4 - Mulch will be used from the tree line on the
East back to the fence.
5 - The precise location and specie of planting to
be as the concept shows on the drawing.
6 - The grade level to be as shown on the Engineer' s
drawing.
Com. Knaak seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote was taken.

Com. Paolillo made the following motion:
I move we accept the Pylon Sign presented for the
Buffalo Grove Mall with. the following stipulations :
1. Middle Half - Dominick ' s in Orange
Walgreen' s in Red
Background - White
2. Lower Half - All inside tenants Red
• on White background
3. Lettering for the six tenants will be
sixinch Helvetica.
4. Lower part of the sign is to be rein-
forded so that there will
be no more problems.
5. If a tenant vacates - a blank white penal
will be used on the sign.
6. Mr. Coconas agrees to return to discuss
the frame if the AC so
• requests at a later date.

I Com. Knaak made a motion to approve the Dominick' s sign as
proposed for the side facing Arlington Hts. Road
with the stipulations that the letters be indi-
vidual lit, mounted individually to the building,
with the electrical disconnects for each letter
within the letter, as required by the Village
Building Dept. Size of the sign to be 4' x 40' .
