I move we accept the sign for "Bernie's Top Soil"
as depicted. A two-sided sign bolted to a tank which
also will be kept in good repair. This sign will
comply with all the provisions of Section 5.2 of the
Site Code with reference to Off-Premise signs.
It shall be no less than 500 feet away from any existing
signs. It shall be up for a time period no greater than
6 months. It shall be taken down prior to Dec. 1, 1981
It will be located North of Lake/Cook Road and East of
the Lexington sign at least 500 feet. It is to be a
minimum of 10 feet from the existing property line.
