I move we approve the Highland Glen Salea Trailer with •

1. The trailer will be skirted.
2.- Electricity running to the temporary

parcel, •be placed at the rear of the trailer.
When trailer is removed, the shrubbery is
to remain somewhere on the property.

Landscaping Screen and Lighting

I move that we accept the Landscaping Plana for the models to be
located on Lots 1, 5, and 6, as presented with the exclusion of
the parkway trees.
Also, to include the lighting forthoee three models as indicated
on the plan, with the atipulation that the lighting will be in—
stalled in such a manner that it is directed upon the model only,
and that it will not shine beyond the model onto the existing
homes which are already occupied.
Lighting to be: J. H. Spaulding Company; Lisbon fixture, 400 watt
bulb, sodium vapor, low pressure.
Com. Cea: Added — Live screen be installed on Lots 1, 5, and 6 when
foundations is poured; no later than spring of 1982.
After trailer is removed, the area is to be restored and
the aide of Lot #1 be sodded.

those models, color renditions will be presented to the Village
Administrator for Appearance Commission approval.

the background of the sign. Signs to be positioned
on Lots 1,•5 and 6 as indicated on the plan.
Total height to be about 40 inches.
