SWIMMING POOL ORDTNPNCE: No progress.
PARKWAY TREES: No Progress.
UNIT 7: John Hooper presented the plans of Unit 7 for the commission's
recommendation to the Village Board. George Krug made the
motion that the plans of Unit 7 be approved as corrected, since
all phases of the plan are within the existing Village zoning
ordinances. Norm Kortus second the motion. All in favor ex-
cept Jack Zodrow who abstained.
NEW BUSINESS: Chuck Wilhelm presented a problem regarding the present
sign ordinance. There have been complaints from sign-makers
that the bonding is too high in proportion to the work being
done, especially on small signs. John Hooper stated a point
of order in saying that if the grieved parties want action,
that they submit a written application to the Zoning Board
of Appeals for an authorized variation. Alex Stasal made
the motion to adjourn. George Krug second the motion. All
in favor. Meeting adjourned 10:55 P.M.
