Kr. Pearlman of Town Ruud.►e was a s etch and not a complets plan
of a development. It also was not costiguans to the village. the
eoaoept is pleasing as presented verbally by Kr. Pea manse sad I
think the development would be an asset to the village if presented
at the proper ties with the proper plans and developed under village
control and would be in keeping with the present standards of the

eempliad with and no preliminary planes were submitted and sine
the development is not contiguous with the village, a motion for
approval is out of order at this tine. Beware?, sines the petition-
era requested an opinion, I think that the minutes will, show the
ambers of the Plan Commission soma to be in aosord with the gem-
oral eeneept presented. I think that as contiguity is obtained and
the requirements of the subdivision ordinances are met, sad at that
tine emotion for approval were made, the plan seems to be in agree-
