1966-09-21 - Plan Commission - Minutes September 21, 1966 Buffalo Greve Village Hall REGULAR PLAN COMMISSION MEETING PRESENT: Isaac Moore, Nest Sirtas, Marcy Mathis, Ray Barbey, Ed Fabish, John Hooper, Alex Stasal. VISITORS: Ray Axon, Hank Cimaglie, Richard Brewm, Mrs. Janus. Meeting called to order at d:05 P.M. Mrs. Janus of 394 Liaesla in Buffalo Greve requested pertissin for a variation of the fencing ordinance. She would like to run a fence along her west, south and east lot lines. It would be chain link and 4$" high. The purpose is to prevent ashsel children free cutting across her lawn. The commissien reaaseads the planting of Barberry bushes. Mrs. Jane would like to uss the fence. CIMBRIDGE: Richard Brown presented a revised platt of unit #3 and asked that it be approved instead of the older unit #3 platt. The basis difference is that the new platt has less lots and they are wider. After considering the new platt, Ray Barbey made the motion to recommend to the Village Board approval of the new unit #3 platt as per drawing submitted. Ed Fabish ascended the motion. All in favor. NEW APARTMENTS: A public hearing will be held in the village hall October 4, 1966 at 7:30 P.Y. to discuss a planned apartment development around the shopping center.
