Meeting called to order at 8,12 P.M. Alex Stasal score in Kenneth Radek
and Salvidere Balsams. Kenneth R dek presented the *emission will a planned apa -
sent develspaeat aleng Buffalo Greve Read between the shopping center and Gelfview
Terrace. The area is caned R-9 and consists of 14.9 sores. Twelve buildings will
be sonstrueted sontsatning 100 two-bedroom waits and 200 one-bedrecn nits.
The building area is 150,000 sq. ft., which represents 23.2% of the
land. The average area per unit is 2,160 sq. ft. There will be parking for 51S
cars with an average of 1.73 per unit. There will be no driveways up to any of
the buildings. The projeet will be under single awaerskip and will he rental nits.
The south boundary of the project will be bordered with curb, gutter and bushes.
The derelspmsnt has no plans for 3-bedroom units.
Marcy Mathis asked about a set of various covenants to insure that the
area will net regress aesthetid .
There will be underground wiring to service the area.
The applisatisn was referred to the various sausittees.
