The meeting was called to order by the chairman, H. Ciwaglio,
at 8:15 PM.
Minutes of June 11 Workshop meeting and July 2nd regular meeting
were approved with a spelling correction to Mr. Zitzewit.z 's n MO
and a spelling correct ion of Colendac Co. and a word correct ', n
to "concrete" on page 2 of the July 2nd meeting. Approval was
moved by Mr. Kortus and seconded by Mr. Krugly. Mr. Kortus
absLained and the chairman voted aye (June 11) . Minutes for
July 2nd were approved . •
First subject discussed was Mill Creek Subdivision - Apartment ;
Attending for Mill Creek Subdivision.

Mr. garde read the provisions and terms I. the annexation
agreement of the property under discuss iou. (Paragraphs 1 I tl
of the Annexation Agreement.) These provisions and terms are
met in the final site layout.

272 Two Bedroom Units
The rental range will be $185 per mo. to $265 per mo.
Mr. Borde :stated:
- The Development was under single ownership and contra' .
- The streets would he privately maintained, but the ci :y
has the right to poS1. speed limits, etc.

Mr. Cimagli.e expressed his di Like for the Layout of Mill
Creek Road which runs thru tl;, subdivision from Dundee Road
to Arlington Heights Road. 'i e subject was discussed in
detail.
Whether or not a sprinkler s tem is to be installed in the
v apartments was discussed. sprinklers are contemplated but
stand pipes will be instalie(h
Other subjects pertinent to the development discussed were:
- Water Drainage
- T.V. Antennas (A ma:.t , r contemplated)
- Oif Street Parking
- Front or Side Yard tec uirement
Investigation showed the development conforms under Section 5,
Article VI of the Buffalo Cu • e Zeninu, Ordinance.
A motion was made by C. Genri h, second by N. Kortus to apprtve
the Mill Creek Apartments DevLlopment subject to engineering
approval, principally storm dimage, and Fire Department
recommendations.
Voting is S ayes and I abst; (Mike Krugly) . Motion passed.
Final Draft of Zoning Ordinan e, Mfg. Portion, and Trailer
Ordinance deferred tilt next Legular meeting (August nth) .
The Colandac Development will also be in the next regular meeting
agenda.
A motion was node by Mike K.i 'u ly, second by Bud Berth to not
hold any more Workshop sesssl,s till :;epternber. . Motion pass( d
unanimously.
