The minutes of the Regular Meeting held on November 17 , 1971 were

The an Unit Levelopmenee was discussed. The builders comments
we e discussed , and it was suggested the nen Co=.u.iissi.on set P meeting
with interested builders. The Chairmen polled the Commission, end there
Ins no objection to meeting with builders imel=ptogige , however , it was
decided that in the best interests of the Village , the builders should
present their comments to the Plan Commission at en open meeting of
the Commission. It was decided an open meeting would be a less hostile
environment than a. Public Hearing and allow rn.y interested citizen to
listen to the builders and participate in the discussion. The builders
would be informed by letter of the meeting when the PUD would be dis-
cussed and also be advised by letter when the Public Hearing for the
\nd,?UD would be scheduled,
The Plan Commission secretary was discussed It was reported that the
Village . ould be running an item in the Newsletter advertising for a
secretary, end the job would also be offered to members of the Buffalo
Grove ?forien 's club,
1'r, Bernie Fried:len, an c pplicent for r vacant seat of the Commission,
was interviewed prior to an Executive Session to discuss filling the
seat, The Plan Co m is ion then met in .Lxecut:ive Session to discuss
appointments to the Commission.
On a. motion duly made r n d seconded, the Plan Commission recommends to
the Village Board the eenpointr ent of BernieFriedmen to the vacant sea
on the Plan Commissions
On e motion duly made and seconded , the Plan Commission recommends to

the Village Board the re-appointment of Larry Gam~m to another term on
the Plan Commission,

Village Board Neetings to alleviate this continuing responsibility for
the Chairman.
The plans for construction of, end the Village 's objection to, Lake-
Cook road were discussed.
Yost 's additions and corrections to the Sub-Division Regulations
were discussed. On a motion duly made and seconded, the Plan Commission
recommends to the Village Board , approval of the changes to the Sub-
Division Regulations rs submitted to and approved by the Plan Commission
The changes are attached to these minutes.
It was noted that memDe_rs of the Plan Commission will attend a meeting La,
to be held by School District -r,i concerning the Naperville ordinance nce
requiring land donations from builders for school sits. keegd
