A request was made by Mr. Chester Moskal of Miller Builders for a change in the Mill Creek Apartment plans origi - nally approved by the Plan Commission and Board of Trustees f (Ordinance 69-12 ) . The revisions would be to Mill Creek �r Vil- i Apartments - Phase II . Phase I is presently under construc- ) lip ( tion. The following changes are being requested . 0 1 . Remove the four (4 ) story buildings shown on the plans as building type #3 and replace them with seven (7) two story buildings . Mr. Moskal stated the reason for this N. request is that tenants would rather live in a two story building. The density would be reduced from 540 to 488. 2 . The parking which was approved at 1 . 5 spaces per unit will increase to 1 . 78 per unit. 3 . The allowable ground coverage is 11 . 38 acres or 35%, the original plans were approved at 5. 29 acres or 16 . 4% ' with the proposed change , the ground coverage would be 5. 71 acres or 17 . 5%. The primary concern of the Plan Commission is - would a Public Hearing be necessary to make these changes? Mr. Harris questioned the Naperville Ordinance . It was felt that the Commission was not directed to do anything on this matter , but Mr. Genrich will check on this and report back. A discussion followed on the rescheduling of meetings . It was ' decided that Wednesday night would remain the best night for meetings . A schedule of 1972 meetings has been attached to these minutes . Mr . Grossman of Associated Planners stated that a recommenda- tion is being made to the Village Manager to rewrite the PUD Ordinance. . Mr. Grossman will present this to the Commission at the next meeting. PC , Mr. Haarr questioned the rezoning of Cambridge from R7 to R5. 7 --:A Essentially how is the Village staff proceeding with the list? S•i.
