The Workshop Session began at 10:45 P.M. Trustee Marienthal asked that a
time limitation of 11 :30 P.M. be put on the following discussion.
Trustee Stone thanked Mr. Raysa and Mr. Sommer for all the hard work that
they have put in to make this agreement possible.
Trustee Stone went through the Agreement and answered questions from the
Board on each section. The representatives from Warner also answered
questions from the Board. There was discussion on some of the sections,
particularly regarding the standards of Warner-Amex as to programming, but
there were no changes made to the Agreement. There are some points in the
Agreement which Mr. Raysa will review before final acceptance.
Trustee Stone was commended for all the time and effort he put forth in
order to make this Agreement possible. A Special Meeting will be scheduled
for July 27, 1981 so that final action may be taken on this subject.
ADJOURNMENT
Moved by O'Reilly, seconded by Hartstein, to adjourn the meeting. Upon voice
vote, the motion was unanimously declared carried. The meeting was adjourned
at 12:09 P.M.
