The President called the meeting to order at approximately C:l5ri-`l.
President Fa.rr_.ngton appointed 1�'_r^. Roselle K2.szuborsh-L, clerk, in
the absence of Paula Clohese r. Trustee Wetske f noved the appoint-

unanimously carried.
The roll was called and the following were found present :

December 6, 1962 be approved. Trustee Fran:,_ seconded the motion
and it was unenimouslTT carried.
The Flan Commission representative gave e re- ort of the Special
meeting held on December 19, 1962. The revised nreli r.inery study
of the Glen Grove development was oresentec to the Plan Commission.
The major change on the new presentation was the treatment of the
Buffalo Creek area. The planner has implemented.emented. the area flood
plain map by planning a, golf course in the potential flood area ,
Trustee Frank stated that en error had been jade by not posting s.
public notice of the meeting because it is en issue of extreme
interest in surrounding areas. He stated t. et the newsnepers
should be notified so that they can have reporter present, so
the Board would not be held uo to criticism regarding "secret"
meetings. President Farrington stated he would accept res onsibility
because he had asked the Plan Commission to call the meeting before

Finance Committee
o itlee Chairman, Trustee L-ei sko -f, explained that

Wnrrents showing they averaged 2, 000.00 e month. He stinted

with a breakdown of expenses end receipts received.
- Trustee 'heiskorf recuested the Village Clerk_ to obtain tax exempt
credit cards for the Villa,_e from the lgobil Oil Co i t any.
He stated that the Finance Committee has checked into purchasing
a '>>, :BOO certificate of deposit and recommends purchasing it on a
ninety (90) day basis. Wheeling Bank has a method whereby this
certificate renews itself automatically.
The review of the Buildin.; Commissioner' s fees 11PS not been

be made in February to determine whether further action will be

Trustee Uuxhold also stated that Paul Soucy will submit his formal
resignation et the next board meeting. Julius harsh is now
acting Fire Chief.
The President stated that there are enough_ cories of the Traffic
Ordinance available to distribute to every house in the Village.
He su ho ted the Public Relrtio---s Committee see to the distribution.
Trustee Zodrow stated he will meet with the Police end Safety
Committee to decide on the best means of distribution.
President Farrington asked i r. Reyse. for a report on the Zoning
Hearing held on December 12th, 1962. T-_r. Royse stated that the
hearing wee continued to January at which time we will receive
another notice. He stated the; have abandoned the iae,e of multiple
dwellings and are currently nro,-}os r r hD Center with li.ght

Trustee Weiskonf moved the Board authorize the treasurer to
rchase a 5, 000 certificate of deposit for ninety(90) days

Trustee Weiskopf stated it was 3 for '7,0 days; 3- ; for 6 months;
