Trustee Zodrow seconded the motion and it UPS une n iuo u s ly carried. Trustee Weiskopf reed Werrent #58. Trustee Weiskopf moved Werrent #58 in the amount of1617.58 be approved. Trustee Huxhold seconded the motion. The President stated en additional e:: enditure of 13.30 incurred by the Police Negistrete for Registered Neil and Stemps be added to the Werrent, and the Naeistrete be reimbursed. Trustee Huxhold moved Werrent j58 with the additional amount of 13,30 be approved. Trustee Frank seconded the motion. Upon the suggestion of the President, Trustee Weiskopf is to investigate the 2dvisebility of purchasing a treasury note. The Police Le istrete gave his re-ort es follows : 7 cases continued from October, 1962; 43 cases for November; 29 convictions, 3 dismissals, 17 continuances, and 1 change of venue to Wheeling; total money turned over to the Village Clerk u31h.00. Trustee Frank asked wheat the majority of citations were for. The Megistrete said they were for perking violations. Trustee Harsh arrived. The cost of this would be 6.40 a month with an additional charge of 1.70 for erch pole that would be reeu_ired, if any. This intersection is outside village limits but the count r sTenroval has been obtained. Seven (7 ) lights of 4,000 lumen rating at a cost of ?35.85 per month would be required. The Public Service Company no longer installs 2500 lumen lights. With some ,. reluctance the Bonrd granted this oemit at no fee because it was to be used in connection with Civil Defense. Trustee Frank stated that through personal observation, the tower is not complete, is approximately 20 feet high and houses only a TV antenna, He feels this is in violation of the permit, an ere sore, and stated there have been some complaints about it. He suggested the Building Commissioner lock into the situation and see what can be done about it. Mr. Venetianer stated he understands the resident no longer intends to complete the tower and may dismantle it but he would check into it.
