The meeting was called to order at approximately 8 :20 P.M. All present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The Clerk called the roll and the following were found_ present : President Farrington; Trustees _',ueckel, Marsh, Weiskopf, Huxhold, Frank Absent : Tru s eee Lac :tte Trustee Eieiskopf moved the minutes of the meetings of November 5th and November 12th be approved. Trustee Marsh seconded the motion and it was unanimously carried. Public Improvement Chairman, Trustee ^uockel, stated thatt bids have been received for snow removal. ITe has also received prices on salt which will be soon needed. He asked that a letter be written to the developer .. that a to a.G'r t�G.� sidewalk be installed from Golfview to the "711opping Center as soon as possible. He stated that as a matter of record, some nurseries say it is still a good time to plant trees . Police & Traffic Committee did not convene because of the Special 7, ,oard Meeting. Trustee Eu;hold stated that on December i th at 8 :©® P.M. there will b o 1conducted t .r t Northwest M �� tour through the plant at the Mosquito Abatement District for those interested. He stated the dance held by the Firm Department had good representation from the people of the Village. ---Trust.:... Rueckr�'l stated 1 had received three quotes for snow removal. JJK Enterprises to to present a Certificate of Insurance to tha Village as soon as possible.
