AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE Or THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO
GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, AS
AMENDED
WHEREAS, an application was made to rezone the parcel of
land hereinafter described from R-9 multiple-family dwelling
district with a special use to a B-4 business services and
wholesale districts
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission (Zoning Commission) has held
the public hearing required by Statute and Ordinance and sub-
mitted its findings and recommendations to the President and
Board of Trustees, and
WBERDAS, the President and Board of Trustees also held
a public hearing on same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES Or THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove,
as amended, is further amended as follows:
Section 1: The following described land is hereby zoned B-4
Business Services and Wholesale District subject to covenants
and restrictions of record:
That part of the west 1/2 of Section 8, Township 42
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
bounded by a line described as follows: Commencing
at a point in the north line of the northwest 1/4 of
said Section 8, said point being 117.86 ft. west of
(as measured along said north line, which bears north
89 degrees 25' 40" west) , the northeast corner thereof;
Thence south 00 degrees 03' 37" west, 250.00 ft. to the
point of beginning of the parcel to be described, thence
continuing south 00 degrees 03' 37" west, 621.20 ft. ;
thence north 89 degrees 25' 40" west along the south
line of the north 871.20 ft. of east 1/2 of the NW 1/4
of said Section 8, a distance of 690.00 ft;
Thence north 00 degrees 03 ' 37" east, 821.20 ft. to a
point in the south line of Dundee Road 500.00 ft. east
(as measured along said south line, which bears south
89 degrees 25' 40" east) ; the west line of the east 1/2
of the NW Quarter of said Section 8, thence south 89
degrees 25' 40" east along the last mentioned southline,
490.00 ft.; thence south 44 degrees 41' 02" east, 284.10
ft. to the point of beginning in Cook County, Illinois.

Exception therefrom;
That part of the East half of the northwest quarter of
Section 8, 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
Meridian, bounded by a line described as follows;
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of east
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 8, with the south line
of the north 871.20 ft. of the east 1/2 of the northwest
1/4 of said Section 8; thence south 89 degrees 25' 40"
east along said south line, 66.50 ft. to the point of be-
ginning of the parcel to be described;
Thence continuing south 89 degrees 25 ' 40" east along
said south line 511.50 ft. ; thence south 10 degrees
38' 08" east, 279.87 ft. ; thence north 85 degrees 54' 10"
west 243.96 ft. ; thence south 81 degrees 37' 03" west
321.14 ft. to a point in the east line of old Arlington
Heights Road; thence north 00 degrees 03' 37" east along
said east line, 310.00 ft. to the point of beginning in
Cook county, Illinois (3.3936 acres) .
Section 2. Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit
A is a Site Plan. No improvement shall be made upon the land
unless the same shall conform to said site plan.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage and approval as provided by law.
