Outcome of last year's vendor being dismissed from the market: Greg
advised this vendor did pay the fines and submitted his trucks for re-
inspection. Vendor cooperated with our requirements as well as
Lake County's codes and requirements.
Ideas for giveaways: discussed various items Paulette found. Ed reminded
the group of the box of spatula's and note paper left over from last year.
All agreed to use up these supplies and perhaps order something later
in the summer. Paulette did explain a coloring book she found, 10 pages
Feel Good& Eat Healthy. This is geared to under 10 yrs of age. Team was
interested and more pricing will be done.
Logo Clothing needed/wanted: none. Paulette has a large tub of shirts
and will pass out new shirts to everyone.
Discuss team members times and dates: tabled until closer to market opening
Open Floor: a new 12x12 tent is needed, current one leaks a lot and missing
parts. Also need new Info booth banner- Greg S will have sign shop create
a new one.
Farmer Market operating dates will be June 18-Oct 15th this year. Same
time.
New Idea- cooking demos by local chefs? David will look into this.
