• Call to Order-----7:00 PM
• Minutes Approval—None
• Discussed the vendors from the end of the year.
• Ed Discussed the results from this year's Facebook ads. Some ads were removed by Facebook due to
screening errors.
• The layout will need to be adjusted.The current placement of Non-Profits or BOWs may be causing
busy or empty zones.
• Discussed kid activities.Will contact a farmer to donate small pumpkins for coloring. Possibly flags if
the activity is earlier in the year.
• Vendors have expressed the need for consistent volunteer assistance.Possible rule moving forward is to
help vendors setup the booth structure but not the products.
• The banner and tent are damaged. Greg will contact Public Works for replacements.
• Paulette gave an update from Illinois Farmer's Market Association.
• Volunteers should have an additional—non-volunteer shirt in case they get hired by a vendor. Don't
work for a vendor while wearing the Buffalo Grove Farmers Market branded shirt.
