MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO
GROVE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS,50 RAUPP BOULEVARD,BUFFALO GROVE,
ILLINOIS ON MONDAY,MARCH 28,2016
CALL TO ORDER
President Sussman called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. Those present stood and pledged allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL
Roll call indicated the following present: President Sussman;Trustees Berman,Trilling, Stein,Ottenheimer,
Weidenfeld,and Johnson.
Also present were: Jennifer Maltas,Deputy Village Manager;William Raysa,Village Attorney; Scott Anderson,
Director of Finance;Art Malinowski,Director of Human Resources;and Evan Michel,Management Analyst.
RESOLUTION NO.2016-10-IRMA
Moved by Berman,seconded by Ottenheimer,to pass Resolution No.2016-10,authorizing the potential withdrawal
from IRMA effective December 31,2016,details of which are contained in the memo to Mr.Bragg from Mr.
Anderson and Mr.Malinowski dated March 25,2016.
Upon roll call,Trustees voted as follows:
AYES: 6-Berman,Trilling, Stein,Ottenheimer,Weidenfeld,Johnson
NAYS: 0-None
Motion declared carried.

President Sussman reviewed the bys parameters to be followedspeakers,and asked if there were any p questions from i'
the audience on items not on tonight's agenda;there were no such questions.

ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Stein,seconded by Weidenfeld,to adjourn the meeting. Upon voice vote,the motion was unanimously
declared carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:07 P.M.
