A. Personnel: A motion was made at 5:37 p.m. to go into closed Executive
Session for purposes of Personnel matters
Special Business, Continued: After returning to open session at 5:56 p.m., a motion was made by
Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Hartman, to extend an offer of probationary
employment to Police Officer Candidate Brian Tijerina, subject to pych and polygraph
examinations, and the motion was approved unanimously.
