X. Questions from the Audience: Discussion on questions from the audience will be limited to
10 minutes. Presentations before the Village Board should be scheduled through the Village
Manager's Office five days prior to each meeting.

available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the
Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate

as we enter into both contract extension and new proposal deliberations.
B. RESOLUTION NO.96- A Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways
by Municipality under the IL Highway Code(Nichols Rd.) Trustee Rubin (Attached)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion
NOTE: The Village of Buffalo Grove is reimbursing the Village of Arlington Heights
for recently completed roadway resurfacing work completed for that portion of
Nichols Road of which Buffalo Grove has jurisdictional responsibility.
