A. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Granting a Variance from Section 17.32.020 of the
Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance permitting construction of an enclosed deck five
feet from the existing garage at 286 Lincoln. Trustee Hendricks(Attached)
RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion
SUMMARY: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for this variation
to Locations of Accessory and Structures.
B. DELETED
C. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Creating Chapter 3.52 of the Municipal Code
establishing commuter train station parking lot fees. Trustee Braiman(Attached)
RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion
SUMMARY:A daily fee of$1.50 is consistent with agreements between the Village
and Metra. The ordinance also creates a convenience permit system allowing users
to purchase a bi-monthly parking permit
D. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Amending Chapter 10.18 of the Municipal Code
pertaining to enforcement, penalties and disposal of fines. Trustee Braiman

RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion
SUMMARY:This ordinance creates a penalty for failure to pay daily parking fees at
the commuter train station lot.
E. RESOLUTION NO. 96- Joining the State of Illinois' Partners for Clean Air
