10 minutes. Presentations before the Village Board should be scheduled through the Village
Manager's Office five days prior to each meeting.

available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the
Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in
which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business and

A. ORDINANCE NO. 96 Granting a Variance from Section 17.36.030 of the
Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance permitting a driveway to be widened and exceed
the 40% coverage requirement at 2260 Applehill Ct. S. Trustee Hendricks

B. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Granting a Variance from Section 14.36.010 of the
Buffalo Grove Sign Code pertaining to leasing signs. Trustee Hendricks(Attached)

SUMMARY: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for this variation
that would allow installation of 2 temporary leasing signs advertising the renovation
of Strathmore Square Shopping Center.
C. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Granting a Variance from Section 17.32.020 of the
Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance permitting an existing shed to remain as
