available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the
Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in

A. ORDINANCE NO. 96- Amending Chapter 10 of the Verge Municipal Code
adding a left turn restriction at Easton Ave. and Fire Station 27. Trustee Braiman

B. RESOLUTION NO.96- Requestingthe County of Lake not to collect the loss
in collection on taxable property in the illage of Buffalo Grove. Trustee Braiman

RECOMMENDATION:Approve by motion
SUMMARY:By passage of this and following resolution,the Tax Levy Ordinance for
1996 will not include additional taxes to offset losses due to non-collection of
property taxes because the Village's collection history is very good.
C. RESOLUTION NO.96 Requesting the County of Cook not to collect the loss
