available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the
Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate

Xl. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
A. ORDINANCE NO. 97- Amending Title 10 of the Municipal Code designating
No Parking on Twilight Pass and Kingsbridge Way. Trustee Braiman (Attached)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion
SUMMARY: This ordinance regulates parking for short periods of time at the end of
the school day at Prairie and Willow Grove Schools. Currently parking on the road
complicates turning movement for school buses and this No Parking designation
would alleviate that problem.
B. ORDINANCE NO. 97- Authorizing the Disposal of Surplus Village Personal
Property. Trustee Braiman (Attached)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion
C. ORDINANCE NO. 97- Amending Chapter 5.20, Liquor Controls Ordinance,
rescinding a Class A liquor license for Bilbao, Inc. d/b/a Chef Tony's of Spain and
reserving a Class A liquor license for Ayuso Corp., new owners of Chef Tony's of
Spain.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion
D. RESOLUTION NO. 97- Authorizing the Execution of the Revised Service
Contract between the Village of Buffalo Grove and the Palwaukee Area Fire
Protection District, formerly the Wheeling Rural Fire Protection District. Trustee

RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion
SUMMARY: This contract provides fire and ambulance service to unincorporated
portions of both Wheeling and Vernon Townships that are contiguous to the Village.
E. RESOLUTION NO. 97- Approving an Engineering Agreement to Provide
Pavement Evaluation Services. Trustee Braiman (Attached)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve by motion
SUMMARY: This resolution and the following are required in order to proceed with
the subject program utilizing Motor Fuel Tax Funds as proposed in the FY97/98
budget. This program provides update to the current 5-year street maintenance
program which ends in 1998.
F. RESOLUTION NO. 97- For Improvement by Municipality under the Illinois
Highway Code-authorizing the use of$60,000 in Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the 1997
Villagewide Street Maintenance Program. Trustee Braiman (Attached)
