Trustee Rubin(attached) C. ORDINANCE NO. 98- Approving a special use at 1310 Busch Parkway concerning operation of a radiation oncology service for dogs and cats. Trustee Rubin(attached) D. ORDINANCE NO. 98- Approving a special use at 1330 Busch Parkway concerning operation of a diagnostic imaging center for domestic pets. Trustee Rubin (attached) E. ORDINANCE NO. 98- Granting a variance from Sections 14.20.030 and 14.20.080 of the Buffalo Grove Sign Code allowing for the installation of a °First Chicago Bank" wall sign at Dominick's, 450 Half Day Rd.. Trustee Reid (attached) RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion. C. ORDINANCE NO.98- Granting a variance from Sections 17.36. -F permitting a drive way to exceed the width of 18',821 Shady Grove Lane. Trustee Reid (attached) RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion. D. RESOLUTION NO. 98- Regarding Corporate Personal Property Replacement Tax distribution-1998. SUMMARY:This resolution confirms that the Village will comply with the Illinois Revenue Act in the distribution and utilization of Corporate`< Personal Property Replacement Taxes. E. RESOLUTION NO.98- Requesting the County of Cook not to collect the loss in collection in taxable property in the Village of Buffalo Grove. RESOLUTION NO. 98- Requesting the County of Lake not to collect the loss in collection in taxable property in the Village of Buffalo Grove.
