(Attached). Consent Agenda: Ordinances and Resolutions A. Ordinance No. 2015-7: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.20, Liquor Controls, of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code (President Braiman) SUMMARY: The Ordinance would add Section 5.20.163, Responsible alcohol service server training, to the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code. Ordinance No. 2015-8: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.44, Massage Establishments, of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code (Trustee Stein) SUMMARY: The proposed Ordinance would codify the requirement for fingerprinting for a Massage Establishment License applicant. C. Ordinance No. 2015-9: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.20, Liquor Controls, of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code (President Braiman) SUMMARY: The Ordinance would add Subsection G.6 to Section 15.20.070 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code to allow for tastings at the Farrmers Market. D. Ordinance No. 2015-10: An Ordinance Authorizing the Disposal of Surplus Village Personal Property (Trustee Ottenheimer) SUMMARY: Attached is an ordinance for consideration by the President and Board of Trustees declaring identified village owned property and equipment as surplus. Those identified assets are accounted for within the Village's fixed asset inventory control system and were retired during FY 2014 Consent Agenda: Unfinished Business None. Consent Agenda: New Business None. 11. Ordinances and Resolutions A. Resolution No. 2015-6: Ratifying an Agreement for Specialized Construction Services at the Combined Area Fire Training Site (Trustee Trilling) B. Resolution No. 2015-7: Authorization to Execute a Contract with Reliable Properly Services for Golf Course Maintenance (Trustee Ottenheimer) 12. Unfinished Business 13. New Business A. Authorization to Waive Bids and to Purchase - Sidewalk Cutting Services (Trustee Stein) 14. Questions from the Audience Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village Manager, Village staff or an appropriate agency for review. 15. Executive Session A.
