A. 0-2015-14:Approving a Variation of the Village Sign Code to Allow a Second Wall Sign
(Lester Ottenheimer Ill)
SUMMARY: Spring Mobile is requesting a variance to Section 14.16.070.E of the sign
code in order to allow the installation of a second wall sign on the south elevation of their
business located at 55 McHenry Road in the Grove Shopping Center.
B. 0-2015-15: Ordinance Amending Title 15 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code.

SUMMARY: Staff is proposing an amendment to Title 15 of the Village municipal code
establishing a $75.00 fee to cover Village costs for providing a staff person to conduct an
inspection for temporary food licenses over and above the normal inspections that are
conducted for a licensed business.
C. 0-2015-16: Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code
(Jeff Berman)
SUMMARY: Staff has completed an Engineering Review of Prairie Road from Route 22
to Port Clinton Road and based on the State of Illinois "Policy for Establishing and
Posting Speed Limits on the State Highway System"a reduction in speed from 40 mph to
30 mph is warranted in the area near the Prairie View train station.
D. 0-2015-17: Ordinance Approving an Amendment to a Special Use for a Recreational
Facility in the Industrial District (Lester Ottenheimer III)
SUMMARY:Jump Park Buffalo Grove, LLC has recently acquired the Xtreme Trampoline
business located at 950 Busch Parkway. Because of the change in ownership, an
amendment to the original special use is required.
E. R-2015-15: Resolution Relating to the Semi-Annual Review of Closed Session Minutes

SUMMARY: The Corporate Authorities have determined that the following set of closed
session minutes no longer require confidential treatment and are available for public

12. Questions From the Audience
Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In
accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the
audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding
issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village
Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments
relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have
been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village
Manager, Village staff or an appropriate agency for review.

The Board, does, however, reserve the right to defer consideration of matters to another meeting
should the discussion run past 10:30 p.m.
