Appeal of a Zoning Board of Appeals denial of request for variance to the Fence Code, Arthur and Marcy Rubin, 901 Highland Grove Drive. Trustee Braiman (Attached) B. Bid Waiver and authorization to purchase Swede Flashover Trainer for the combined training facility. Trustee Rubin (Attached) C. Plan Commission Referral: Annexation and zoning of approximately 3.7 acres at southeast corner of Arlington Heights Road and Rte.83 for the construction of a Shell Oil facility and office building. Trustee Rubin (Attached) RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion State Law requires annual passage of prevailing wages the Village is required to pay to all contractors. B. ORDINANCE NO. 95- Amending Chapter 5.20 Liquor Controls. President Mathias (Attached) RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion This ordinance reduces the Class C liquor license by 1 resulting from the closing of Osco on Dundee Rd. C. ORDINANCE NO. 95- Amending Chapter 5.20 Liquor Controls. President Mathias(Attached) RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion This ordinance reduces the Class E liquor license by 1 resulting form the closing of Players Grill on Dundee Rd. D. RESOLUTION NO. 95- Authorizing an investment account with Mesirow Financial Inc. Trustee Rubin (Attached) RECOMMENDATION:Approve by motion This resolution enables the Vilalge of Buffalo Grove to use Mesirow Financial to hold qualifying investments from the 1995-A Corporate Purpose Bonds. E. RESOLUTION NO.95- Conveying ownership of Churchill Lane Unit 1 Outlots B, C and E to the Buffalo Grove Park District.
