SUMMARY:This ordinance requires a liquor licensee to be 21 years of age.
RECOMMENDATION:Adopt by motion
B. ORDINANCE NO.95- Amending Chapter 5.20, Liquor Controls section of the
Municipal Code. President Mathias(Attached)
SUMMARY: This ordinance deletes a liquor license for Pizza Paddle, Plaza Verde
shopping center. Applicant has not expressed interest in advancing the license.

C. Approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision, Development Improvement Agreement and
