Discovering the Arts" in Buffalo Grove.
B. Certificates of Appreciation for Big Apple Bagels and Deerfield's Bakery
acknowledging their donations to the Community Blood Drive events.
C. Acknowledging the Police Department's receipt of the National Highway Safety
Administration's Award for Traffic Safety programs.

X. Questions from the Audience: Discussion on questions from the audience will be limited to
10 minutes. Presentations before the Village Board should be scheduled through the Village
Manager's Office five days prior to each meeting.
XI. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed on the Consent Agenda which are
available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the
Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in
which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business and

SUMMARY:This resolution reaffirms the Village will comply with the Illinois Revenue
Act in its use and distribution of tax proceeds.
A-1. ORDINANCE NO. 95- Authorizing and Directing the Execution of an Escrow
Agreement for Special Service Area No. 1 Refunding Bonds, Series 1991, of the
Village of Buffalo Grove. Trustee Rubin (Attached)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt by motion
SUMMARY: This ordinance allows an escrow account to be established for the
payment of a portion of the above-referenced bonds.
