Consent Agenda All items listed on the Consent Agenda, which are available in this room this evening, are considered to be routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered after all other items of business on the Regular Agenda under New Business. A. 0-2018-34 Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.20, Liquor Controls (President Sussman) (Staff Contact: Julie Kamka) SUMMARY: A Class A liquor license is reserved for Spyder Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Traktir the 12 Chairs at 1224 W. Dundee Road. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village requirements for said license on or before October 15, 2018. The Village Manager shall have the authority to extend the October 15, 2018 date for good cause shown. If not so extended, this reservation shall cease. A Class C liquor license is reserved for Woodman's Food Market, Inc. at 1550 Deerfield Parkway. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village requirements for said license on or before October 15, 2018. The Village Manager shall have the authority to extend the October 15, 2018 date for good cause shown. If not so extended, this reservation shall cease. B. 0-2018-35 Ordinance Adding Bodywork Establishment, Chapter 5.45 (Trustee Ottenheimer) (Staff Contact: Steven Casstevens) SUMMARY: The Police Department seeks approval to add a new chapter(Chapter 5.45) to the Municipal Code to regulate bodywork establishments and bodywork therapists. C. Approval of an Agreement with Call One (Trustee Smith) (Staff Contact: Brett Robinson) SUMMARY: Staff is requesting the Village Board authorize the Village Manager to execute two agreements with Call One Inc., for telecommunication services through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative in accordance with the Illinois Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/0.01 et seq.) pending final review and approval of the agreements by the Village Attorney. D. Port Clinton Water Main Replacement (Trustee Johnson) (Staff Contact: Darren Monico) SUMMARY: Due to a water main break underneath Indian Creek at Port Clinton Road, there was an emergency need to replace a section of water main via directional boring. Due to the emergency nature of the purchase, the Village Manager has signed the contract and staff is seeking ratification of the approval of the contract to RJ Underground, Inc., an the amount not to exceed $264,000. 9. Ordinances and Resolutions A. 0-2018-36 Ordinance Approving Amendments to Chapter 1, Chapter 12 and Chapter 17 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code Regarding Small Wireless Facilities (Trustee Ottenheimer) (Staff Contact: Chris Stilling) B. 0-2018-37 Ordinance Approving an Amendment to the Plaza Verde East PUD with Variations to the Sign Code for the Property at 1205-1349 Dundee Road (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact: Chris Stilling) 10. Questions From the Audience Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village Manager, Village staff or an appropriate agency for review. 13.
