Lake Cook Road (Trustee Johnson) (Staff Contact: Chris Stilling) SUMMARY: MedProperties Group is proposing to redevelop the existing Northwest Community Healthcare property at 15&35 S McHenry Road and 125 E Lake Cook Road. Therefore,they are seeking a continuance to the August 19, 2019 Village Board meeting. B. Change Order Bike Path& Parking Lot Project (Trustee Stein)(Staff Contact: Darren Monico) SUMMARY:As part of the Village's collaboration with the Park District, staff is requesting additional bike path and parking lot work associated with the Village's contract with Denier, Inc.. in an amount not to exceed$6,772.44. ti C. Authorization to Execute an Amendment to the Agreement for Ambulance and Fire Billing Services (Trustee Smith)(Staff Contact: Brett Robinson) SUMMARY: Staff recommends the Village Board authorize the Village Manager to execute an amendment to the Ambulance and Fire Billing Services Agreement with Paramedic Billing Services, Inc. D. 0-2019-39 Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.20- Liquor Controls Donato Restaurant Group, Inc. D/B/A Buffalo Restaurant& Ice Cream Parlor at 1180 Lake Cook Road (President Sussman) (Staff Contact: Julie Dziewior) SUMMARY: Donato Restaurant Group, Inc. at 1180 Lake Cook Road has filed with the Illinois Secretary of State's Office to change their assumed name of Buffalo Restaurant& Ice Cream Parlor. E. 0-2019-40 Traffic Ordinance Update (Trustee Pike)(Staff Contact: Darren Monico) SUMMARY: Staff has reviewed and determined that a no right turn turning restriction is warranted for the right turn from northbound Checker Drive to southbound Illinois Route 83 F. R-2019-23 Public Works Mutual Aid Agreement (Trustee Pike) (Staff Contact: Michael Reynolds) SUMMARY:The Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network was established to provide a statewide network for Public Works Agencies to access during emergency situations. Staff recommends approval of the agreement allowing for the Buffalo Grove Public Works Department to join IPWMAN. G. R-2019-24 Resolution Ratifying Execution of an Agreement for Electrical Supply and Service (Trustee Pike) (Staff Contact: Brett Robinson) SUMMARY: Staff recommends that the Village Board ratify the execution of an Electricity Supply agreement with Constellation New Energy, as further detailed in the attached memo. 9. Questions From the Audience Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village Manager, Village staff or an appropriate agency for review. 13.
