R-2019-28 Resolution Ratifying Execution of an Extension to an Agreement for Natural Gas Supply and Service (Trustee Pike) (Staff Contact: Brett Robinson) SUMMARY: Staff recommends that the Village Board ratify the execution of an extension to a Natural Gas agreement with Constellation New Energy- Gas Division LLC, as further detailed in the attached memo. B. R-2019-29 Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract Between Great Lakes Property Logistics and the Village of Buffalo Grove for Painting Services (Trustee Pike) (Staff Contact: Brett Robinson) a , SUMMARY: Staff recommends that the Village Board authorize the Village Manager to execute a contract with Great Lakes Property Logistics in an amount not to exceed $29,643.75 for Painting at the Police Department in FY 2019. C. Intergovernmental Aggrement Between the Village of Buffalo Grove and the Buffalo Grove Park District for the for the Operation of the Buffalo Grove Days Festival (Trustee Stein)(Staff Contact:Jenny Maltas) SUMMARY:Attached is a 5 year agreement with the Park District for the use of Mike Rylko Park for Buffalo Grove Days. The terms are substantially similar to the previous agreement and it was updated to reflect current practice. D. Certificate of Initial Acceptance and Approval:Woodman's Development Improvements (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact: Darren Monico) SUMMARY:Attached is the Certificate of Initial Acceptance for the Woodman's development located at 1550 Deerfield Parkway. Staff recommends approval to begin the one year maintenance period on February 19th, 2019. E. All members of the public addressing the Village Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village Manager,Village staff or an appropriate agency for review. 13.
