A. Certificate of Initial Acceptance and Approval: Shops of Buffalo Grove Development
Improvements (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact: Ted Sianis)
SUMMARY:Attached is the Certificate of Initial Acceptance for the Shops of Buffalo
Grove development located at the southwest corner of Deerfield Parkway and Milwaukee
Avenue. Staff recommends approval to begin the one year maintenance period on
January 21, 2020.
B. R-2020-2 Resolution Ceding the 2019 Unused Private Activity Bond Volume Cap of the
Village of Buffalo Grove(Including Volume Cap Transferred from Other Lake County
Home Rule Units)to Lake County (Trustee Weidenfeld) (Staff Contact: Nicole Woods)
SUMMARY: Buffalo Grove is the host of the Lake County Partners Private Activity Bond
Clearinghouse. The resolution is required annually so that unused funds can be
transferred over to the next year and used in the future.

C. R-2020-3 Calendar Year 2020 Village-Wide Street Maintenance Motor Fuel Tax
Resolution (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact: Ted Sianis)
SUMMARY: Staff recommends approval of a resolution which meets the requirements of
the Illinois Department of Transportation for the use of Motor Fuel Tax funds for FY 2020
for the Village-wide street maintenance program.
D. R-2020-4 Calendar Year 2020 Lake Cook Road Reconstruction Motor Fuel Tax

SUMMARY:As part of the Lake Cook Road Reconstruction Project, the Village is
required to execute the required Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Motor Fuel
Tax (MFT) Resolution to utilize MFT funds to pay the Village's portion of construction.
E. R-2020-5 Calendar Year 2020 Thompson Blvd and Brandywyn Ln Roadway
Construction Motor Fuel Tax Resolution (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact: Ted Sianis)
SUMMARY: The Thompson Boulevard and Brandywyn Lane Roadway Reconstruction
Project requires the Villageto execute the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT)

F. 0-2020-7 Ordinance for Turning Restriction Removal (Trustee Stein) (Staff Contact:

SUMMARY: Amending the Traffic Ordinance relating to removing the turning restrictions

12. Questions From the Audience
Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In
accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the
audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding
issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village
Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments
relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have
been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village
Manager,Village staff or an appropriate agency for review.
13. Adjournment
The Village Board will make every effort to accommodate all items on the agenda by 10:30 p.m.
The Board, does, however, reserve the right to defer consideration of matters to another meeting
should the discussion run past 10:30 p.m.
