B. Development Improvement Agreement Woodman's Unattended Fueling Station (Trustee

SUMMARY:Staff recommends approval of the DIA for the proposed development
located at 1515 Deerfield Parkway,subject to review and approval by the Village Attorney
and subject to Final Engineering Plan review.
C. R-2020-8 A Resolution Reallocating the 2020 Volume Cap to the Village of Buffalo

SUMMARY:The Village is the host of the Private Activity Bond Clearinghouse for Lake
County. This is the annual Resolution that transfers the Village's Volume Cap to the
Clearinghouse.
D. 0-2020-9 Ordinance Approving a Text Amendment in the Industrial District to Allow
Incidental Retail Uses as a Special Use (Trustee Weidenfeld) (Staff Contact: Chris

SUMMARY: Metro Storage, located at 847 Deerfield Road, is seeking a text amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance to allow incidental retail sales as a Special Use in the Industrial.

special use for an incidental retail use in the Industrial District.
F. 0-2020-11 Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.20- Liquor Controls (President Sussman)

SUMMARY: A Class A liquor license is reserved for Yang Group, Inc. d/b/a Sushi Grove
at 154 McHenry Road. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village
requirements for said license on or before June 9, 2020. The Village Manager shall have
the authority to extend the June 9, 2020 date for good cause shown. If not so extended,
this reservation shall cease. The Class A liquor license for Sushi Grove, Inc. at 154-158
McHenry Road is hereby rescinded effective February 19, 2020.

Questions from the audience are limited to items that are not on the regular agenda. In
accordance with Section 2.02.070 of the Municipal Code, discussion on questions from the
audience will be limited to 10 minutes and should be limited to concerns or comments regarding
issues that are relevant to Village business. All members of the public addressing the Village
Board shall maintain proper decorum and refrain from making disrespectful remarks or comments
relating to individuals. Speakers shall use every attempt to not be repetitive of points that have
been made by others. The Village Board may refer any matter of public comment to the Village
Manager,Village staff or an appropriate agency for review.
