PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a variation of the Village
Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.20.030.1.5, to install an air conditioner unit in a corner side yard.
The existing air conditioner, located in the corner side yard along Hawthorn Road, would be
replaced by with a new unit in the same location.

PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of the Village Zoning
Ordinance (Title 17 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code) to add vehicle testing facility as a
special use in the B-2 General Retail Business District; approval rezoning from the B-1 Limited
Retail Business District to the B-2 General Retail Business District; and approval of special uses
for a vehicle testing facility and an auto laundry in the B-2 District.
The proposed vehicle testing facility and auto laundry would be located in the existing building
at 55 Dundee Road. Automotive repairs and vehicle washing are currently conducted on the
property.
