MEETING LOCATION: Council Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, Illinois PUBLIC HEARING SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for variation to Village Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.40.020, for the purpose of constructing a roofed over porch that would encroach a distance of four(4) feet into the required thirty (30)foot front yard setback. SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: 950 Betty Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL PUBLIC HEARING SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for variation to Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.40.020, for the purpose of bringing the existing home into conformance concerning a 5.3 foot deficiency into the required 25 foot corner side yard setback; and variation of Fence Code, Section 15.20.040, for the purpose of constructing a 4 foot high solid wood fence that would transition to a 5 foot high solid wood fence beyond the building setback line along Whitehall Court. Said fence would begin at the northeast rear corner of the house and extend northeast to a point 3 feet from the side property line along Whitehall Court; then turning northwest to the rear property line while maintaining a distance of 3 feet from the side property line; then turning southwest along the rear property line and returning to the building setback line.
