(to allow two driveway curb cuts for lots which meet the R-1 and R-2 zoning district standards for lot area and lot width) ; DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50. 040.C.4 (to allow a normal water depth of less than 36 inches for a wetland mitigation area and to increase the shelf width in this area to greater than 12 feet) .
