PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for rezoning
from the B-3 Planned Business Center District to the R-9 Multiple-
Family Dwelling District and approval of a Residential Planned Unit
Development and a Preliminary Plan with the following variations:
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16. 30. 030.F (to allow a sidewalk to
be constructed on only one side of the proposed street) , and
Section 16.50. 070.D.2 (to allow a street right-of-way of 50 feet
instead of 60 feet) .
The Preliminary Plan proposes a multi-family development of 50
dwelling units.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 6. 438-acre
tract at the northwest corner of Buffalo Grove Road and Checker
Road.
