PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of
a Special Use and Preliminary Plan to construct a commuter train
station and parking area in the Industrial District.
The Preliminary Plan proposes a train station of approximately
1, 120 square feet and a parking area with 357 parking spaces.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: Lot 49 (part) of the
Covington Corporate Center south of the Pace Park and Ride facility
at Busch Parkway/Commerce Court and the Commonwealth Edison
property on the east side of Commerce Court.
PROJECT NAME: Wisconsin Central - Metra Commuter train station and
parking area.
PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village for approval of a Preliminary
Plan in the B-1 Business District. The Preliminary Plan proposes a
child day care center and indoor recreational uses in a building of
approximately 43,000 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 4.58-acre
tract at the southwest corner of Weiland Road and Aptakisic Road.
PROJECT NAME: Jewish Council for Youth Services Northwest Child
Care Center.
