(to allow a right-of-way of less than 54 feet from the centerline of Buffalo Grove Road) ; ZONING ORDINANCE - Section 17.44.060.D. 1.b. (to allow a lot area of 2 . 09 acres instead of 10 acres in the Commercial Sub-district of the B-5 District) ; Section 17.44.060.D. 1.k. (to allow a south buffer yard area of less than 25 feet abutting a residential boundary line) . The Preliminary Plan proposes a funeral home with a building area of approximately 9,675 square feet.
