PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation
with zoning in the R-3 One-Family Dwelling District and approval of
a Preliminary Plan, with the following variation: DEVELOPMENT
ORDINANCE - Section 16.30.050.A.5. (to allow a half-street with a
right-of-way of 35 feet instead of 40 feet, and a pavement width of
18 feet instead of 22 feet for a local street) .
The Preliminary Plan proposes twenty seven (27 ) single-family
dwelling units.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 14-acre
tract on the west side of Prairie Road south of Prairie Grove Phase
1 subdivision.
