(to allow a two-way driveway width of 19 feet instead of 24 feet as required) ; DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section 16.50.040.C.3. (to allow a side slope of 3:1 instead of 6:1 in a stormwater detention basin); Section 16.50.040.D.
