of a Child Day Care Home in a single-family residence in the R-5A (One Family
Dwelling) District.

zoning, approval of a Preliminary Plan, and approval of a Special Use for an out-
side storage area with the following variations: DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE -
Section 16.50.040.C.3. (for the proposed stormwater detention basin - to allow a
side slope of 2:1 instead of 6:1 and a cross slope of one percent instead of two
percent; to waive the underdrain requirement; and to allow the use of retaining
walls;) SECTION 16.50.050.D.7. (to allow a santiary sewer depth of less than
six feet;) SECTION 16.50.070.D.2. (to allow a street pavement width of 37 feet
instead of 47 feet, and a right-of-way of 66 feet instead of 80 feet;) SECTION
16.50.070. M. (to allow a non-bituminous surface for the proposed outside storage
area;) SECTION 16.50.080.A.1. (to allow a sidewalk on only one side of a street;)
SECTION 16.50.150.B.5. (to allow curbing to be constructed only around the landscape
islands in the proposed Illinois Bell parking lot;) ZONING ORDINANCE - Section
17.48.020.F.6.b. (to allow a fence to be setback from the property line adjacent
to a residential zoning district;) SECTION 17.48.020.E. (to allow a minimum street
frontage of less than 100 feet for the proposed Illinois Bell lot.)
